Our Return Policy
We believe in transparency. If a standard rug isn’t the perfect fit for your space, here is how our return process works:

• Standard Orders: We accept returns for standard, unused rugs within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund to Store Credit: Receive a 100% full refund with zero deductions.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: A deduction (processing/handling fee) will be applied to your final refund amount.
  
• Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because these items are uniquely crafted or personalized just for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  

Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your item arrived with a manufacturing defect, we offer a free return or replacement within 30 days. To validate a defect claim, a clear unboxing video is strictly required as proof of the item's condition upon arrival. Without an unboxing video, defect claims cannot be processed.

Proper Setup & Care

Place your rug in a dry, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heavy foot traffic. This will help preserve the colors, texture, and overall quality of your rug for years to come.

Floor Protection

Our rugs come with a cotton backing that’s safe for most floors. However, we recommend using a premium rug pad underneath for added grip and to extend the life of both your rug and the flooring beneath.

Cleaning Method

For daily maintenance, vacuum gently without a beater bar. In case of spills or stains, blot immediately and consult a professional cleaner for best results.

Bella Rugs' washable rugs are designed to be compatible with most standard washing machines.
